cooking is good... sometimes.

Fuuu. Idk y, but it seems to me that lately I've been interested to cook.
Mun d rumah tek sikhal, tok di hostel, tiba2 rasa rajin mok masak.
So I thought, okay, I'll buy these n these n these, n do that n that n that.
cooking basic stuff like spaghetti is not a big deal for me.
It's simple n can b done in less than 30 mins, if u have a stove. If u're using rice cooker coz u're a university's student, then it'll take around 45 mins.

Ta-daa!
So during that mid-sem holiday, my cooking "desire" is up, n I cooked chicken soup!
It was simple.
Like really-really simple.
I bought chicken breast, potatoes, garlic, onions, ginger n stuff. So I tried.
N these came out :
It was fine, I enjoyed it. :D
First attempt. So, I've list out what's wrong with it.
1. Too much ginger. I love ginger, but, I think, its too much that day. LOL
2. I should've put mushroom, button mushrooms, it'll be more delicious!
3. The potatoes, I think, its uhh, maybe I've overcooked it. But it's okay. It's just fine.
4. Wat else eh? Hmmmm. can't remember.

Okay, zipped what happened that mid-sem. Now, today, lol, I have the urged to cooked, so I came out with porridge. Bubur tumis lerrr...
And here's what's wrong with it.
Uhh, I should've put something, like, chicken, beef, minced beef or stuff. Now it's plain, I mean, I'm cool with it being plain, but, it's lunch time, n I'm hungry. n for me, porridge, esp blank & plain porridge won't make me full :D

But it's okay, I'll cook some instant noodle with eggs later on.
Plus, I've made a mistake. I cooked like a lot of it, I mean the porridge, it's in a huge amount! I'm not even sure if I can finish it alone. hoho! *I do not want to share it with my frens because of my low-self esteem. I know I'm not a good cook, I do not want people to judge it, or laugh at it, so when I cooked, I do it all by myself, n taste it all by myself.
But sometimes if I feel generous enough, I'll cook for people. But only for the dishes that I'm confident with, n the ones which I already masters. LOL*

So. I'm Enjoying my meals now! cheerios!

Fuhhh. before this I have never heard of such thing. What's worst I never heard of a cistern before. In BM however, I know what that is. LOL but not as in ancient or old underground cistern k. Silly me for not adding my general knowledge. So lot of thanks to the Inferno book, my on and off diligence trait and mostly thanks to my curiosity trait. HA HA! Okay, cistern, based on wikipedia : A  cistern  (Middle English cisterne, from Latin cisterna, from cista, "box", from Greek κίστη kistê, "basket") is a waterproof receptacle for holding liquids, usually water. Cisterns  are often built to catch and store rainwater. Cisterns  are distinguished from wells by their waterproof linings.     However, , if you have slight doubt on wikipedia, there's always other option. www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/ cistern an underground container that is used for collecting and storing rainwater. I'll also give you the DBP's definition of cistern...
